
CANTIKA.COM, Jakarta - In just three months, on July 12, 2025, South Korean-American singer and songwriter Park Jae Beom, better known as Jay Park, will make his way to Jakarta.
He has officially announced his latest global tour, titled 2025 Jay Park World Tour: Serenade & Body Rolls, which will span 12 cities across Asia and Australia, beginning in mid-2025.
Through an Instagram post on Monday, March 31, 2025, Jay Park revealed Jakarta as one of the stops on his tour. "Are you ready?" he captioned a poster listing all the cities featured in the tour.
The concert promoter, Dyandra Global Edutainment, echoed the announcement with a similar poster on Saturday, April 5, 2025. "Jakarta, are you ready to party? Save the date, July 12, 2025. The Kasablanka Hall," the caption read on their official Instagram account.
As of now, details about ticket prices and sales dates have yet to be disclosed.
This won't be Jay Park's first visit to Indonesia. In 2012, he performed in a showcase at Balai Sarbini, Jakarta.
Jay Park’s World Tour Itinerary
The tour will kick off with two performances at Seoul's Olympic Handball Gymnasium on May 24 and 25. He will then begin his international shows in Kuala Lumpur on June 14, followed by Taipei on June 19, Bangkok on June 22, Manila on June 28, and Hong Kong on July 9.
After performing in Jakarta on July 12, Jay Park will visit Singapore on July 19, and then perform in two cities in Japan-Kanagawa on July 28 and Osaka on July 30.
The tour will conclude with three concerts in Australia and New Zealand: Sydney on August 19, Melbourne on August 21, and Auckland on August 24.
This tour is not just a celebration of his journey as a musician, but also a commemoration of a decade of Jay Park's iconic song, 'Mommae'.
In an Instagram post dated February 22, 2025, he teased fans about the significance of the tour. "First Tour in 6 YEARS!! MOMMAE 10 Year Anniversary!! If You Want Me to Come to Your City leave a comment. CITIES and DATES COMING SOON!!” he wrote.
A Tour Following His Latest Album
Jay Park’s world tour follows the release of his newest album, The One You Wanted, which dropped in October 2024.
This is his first album since The Road Less Traveled that was released in 2019. The project includes collaborations with artists such as Chung Ha on the title track ‘Gimme a Minute’, Natty from KISS OF LIFE on ‘Taxi Blur’, and IU on ‘Ganadara’.
