TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - MotoGP Indonesia 2025 held at Mandalika Circuit, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, has been claimed as the most successful event. This marks the fourth edition since it first started in 2022.
Local officials stated that the success of this edition was due to the evaluation of the previous three editions. "From my observation, this year's MotoGP event is a success compared to the three previous years," said the Secretary of the Central Lombok Regency, Firman Wijaya, in the Indonesia Media Center on Sunday, October 5, 2025.
He mentioned that the success was achieved through the cooperation of all parties, especially from the people of Central Lombok as the host. However, he added that continuous evaluation will be conducted for the improvement of the annual event. "Certainly, there will be an evaluation after the event, which will act as preparation for the 2026 event," he said.
Furthermore, he added that the success of MotoGP Indonesia 2025 has had a positive impact on investment in the West Nusa Tenggara Province, especially in the Central Lombok Regency, strengthening investments, particularly in the tourism sector. "In addition to the successful event, the security conducive environment also becomes a positive point for future investments in Loteng," he said.

The MotoGP event at Mandalika Circuit has successfully concluded. Gresini Racing rider, Fermin Aldeguer, finished in the lead. His teammate, Alex Marquez, secured third place. The second position was taken by KTM rider Pedro Acosta.
