BMKG Forecasts Partly Cloudy Weather in Greater Jakarta Today

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts partly cloudy weather in Greater Jakarta today, Saturday, May 31, 2025. But drizzles are expected in Bogor and Bekasi in the afternoon and evening.

Weather forecast is monitored through the weather agency's official website, bmkg.go.id, and BMKG's official Instagram.

Partly cloudy skies cover West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Thousand Islands today. Overall, the temperature in Jakarta is predicted to range from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius, while the wind speed is around 3-10 kilometers per hour.

In the West Java region, partly cloudy weather is dominant in Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Depok City, Bekasi Regency, and Bekasi City.

Meanwhile. light rainfall is expected to drizzle over Bogor Regency at 4:00 p.m. local time and in Bekasi Regency at 7:00 p.m. local time.

The temperature in Bogor Regency is around 19-32 degrees Celsius, while in other areas, it ranges from 20-32 degrees Celsius. The wind speed is predicted to range from 5 to 10 kilometers per hour.

In the Banten region, sunny weather is predicted in Tangerang Regency and Tangerang City, while South Tangerang City is mostly cloudy. The temperature ranges from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius with air humidity around 68-97 percent.
