Millennials were the first generation to grow up alongside the rapid evolution of the internet. They experienced the transition from slow, bulky desktop computers to the emergence of early social media platforms like Myspace and Facebook.

Having helped shape internet culture since their teenage years, Millennials are adept at leveraging technology for both work and personal life.

3. Generation X (1965–1980): Internet-Savvy, Yet Nostalgic for the Past

Defining trait: Pragmatic users.

Characteristics: They use the internet as needed but often feel happier without technology.

Gen X first encountered the internet during high school, college, or the early stages of their careers. They are quite proficient at using search engines and social media to make life easier.

Interestingly, various surveys show that Gen X often longs for the days before the world was digitally connected. They can use the internet smartly, but they don't truly "enjoy" it.
