TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - AirAsia airline urges all international passengers arriving in Indonesia to complete the All Indonesia arrival card starting from today, Monday, September 1, 2025. "Filling out this form is mandatory," said Head of Indonesia Affairs & Policy Indonesia AirAsia, Eddy Krismeidi, to Tempo on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Eddy stated that this advice is in accordance with the latest policy of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia, which took effect on September 1, 2025. Passengers who do not fill out the All Indonesia form upon arrival in Indonesia will not be able to proceed with the immigration process.

This obligation replaces all other declaration forms, both manual and Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD), at the airport. "Passengers who have completed the All Indonesia form no longer need to fill out additional arrival documents," he said.

How to Fill Out All Indonesia

The All Indonesia arrival card can be completed via the allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id website or the All Indonesia mobile application, which can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), within three days before arrival.

Eddy stated that the implementation of All Indonesia will greatly help passengers to save time and avoid long queues at their destination airports in Indonesia. "We invite all AirAsia passengers to fill out this form before departure, so that the arrival process runs smoothly and comfortably," said Eddy.

The form can be completed starting from H-3 before arrival in Indonesia. "Make sure all data is filled in correctly to avoid obstacles during airport checks," said Eddy.

Applies to Air, Sea, and Land Transportation

Starting from today, Monday, September 1, 2024, the Indonesian government has integrated the arrival card into the All Indonesia system for international passengers arriving by air, sea, and land borders.

Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman stated in his written statement that the All Indonesia application is presented to simplify the arrival declaration process for international passengers, and provide a travel experience that is easier, faster, and safer.

Through this application, the immigration, customs, health, and quarantine arrival card is now integrated into a single digital system.

Passengers can complete All Indonesia three days before arriving in Indonesia from their home country and upon landing. Completing the arrival card through All Indonesia is free of charge.

Yuldi emphasized that the presence of this application is a concrete manifestation of Indonesia's commitment to providing friendly and efficient digital public services. "All Indonesia is an advancement in realizing efficient public services," he said.

With this application, Yuldi stated, the arrival process at the airport or port is shorter, safer, and more convenient for all passengers, including individuals and groups, as well as the elderly, disabled, and children.

Unify the Inspection Process

As an Integrated Passenger Declaration System, All Indonesia combines various international passenger inspection processes, from immigration, customs, health, and quarantine, into a single web-based digital system and application.

With one-time completion before departure, all arrival data will be recorded in the system, making the inspection process faster, easier, and more comfortable.

There is a special inspection lane (Corridor Gate) for passengers with special needs, such as the elderly, people with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors. This lane is directly connected to All Indonesia, making the arrival process faster and safer.
