According to Tempo's observation, the robot was displayed by the police in front of President Prabowo Subianto, Chief of Defense Forces Agus Subiyanto, and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
The robot is claimed to be able to assist the police in various tasks, including dealing with the street brawls that frequently occur in Jakarta. Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Police's Public Information Division, Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, explained that the humanoid robot is capable of various activities such as running, marching, and saluting, complete with police attributes such as a beret and a vest.
Truno claimed the presence of these robots is part of the Polri's commitment to adopting modern technological advancements. The 79th Police Anniversary is held today, Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The event was conducted solemnly and closed with a prayer led by Ustad Adi Hidayat.
