TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The office of Hutama Indo Tara, or the Haitara Group, on the third floor of Treasury Tower in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), South Jakarta, was tightly shut on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Not a single light was on.
Yet Haitara Group has an extensive business network, with shareholdings spread across and connected to 27 companies. Some of those companies are major enterprises. Corporate records dated August 20, 2024, showed that 95 percent of Hutama Indo Tara was owned by Don Ritto, with the remaining 5 percent held by Budi Hartono. Don is a lawyer who is now a suspect in a money laundering case being handled by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).
Earlier, on August 1, 2024, 25 percent of Hutama Indo Tara’s shares were owned by Aga Adrian Haitara and another 25 percent by Kheysan Farrandie, while Don controlled the remaining 50 percent. Aga and Kheysan are the sons of former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes Febrie Adriansyah.
When Tempo visited Hutama Indo Tara’s office, someone on the third floor directed reporters to a door on the left side of the elevators. It turned out to be the office of Tribhakti Inspektama. Employees on the floor acknowledged that Hutama Indo Tara and Tribhakti shared the same management.
