TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - After more than two decades of making music, Indonesian band D'Masiv is set to embark on a regional tour titled "D'Masiv Asia Home Run." The tour will cover five countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, culminating in Jakarta as the final stop.

For D'Masiv, this tour marks a milestone in their evolution while celebrating their long journey alongside fans. Each city presents an opportunity for the Jakarta-based band, formed in 2003, to connect with different audiences, share their works, and bring fresh energy into their next chapter.

D'Masiv vocalist Rian Ekky Pradipta stated that this moment offers an opportunity to open a new chapter. He aims to bring the band's existing catalog that has accompanied their journey while introducing new colors and energy to listeners in Asia.

"For us, this journey is not just about performing in other countries, but also about meeting more people, sharing music, and celebrating this journey together," he said at Coma M Bloc, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

The "Home Run" concept reflects a journey that ultimately brings D'Masiv back home. Each country serves as a distinct chapter in a narrative leading to a single return point in Jakarta.

As a result, the venue selection considers audience characteristics and the local market ecosystem in each destination, featuring Taipei at SUB LIVE, Hong Kong at TIDES, Kuala Lumpur at MEGASTAR ARENA, Singapore at Capitol Theatre, and Jakarta at Tennis Indoor Senayan.

RANS Entertainment CEO Nagita Slavina, serving as the promoter for D'Masiv Asia Home Run, stated that the tour aligns with RANS' efforts to introduce Indonesian intellectual property (IP) to global markets. The goal is to deliver entertainment that can be enjoyed beyond domestic borders. "For RANS, this is also part of our journey to go international and expand our business through the IPs we manage," she said.

Musically, the Asia Home Run tour will present a updated approach. While not all D'Masiv songs will be completely rearranged, select tracks will receive subtle updates with renewed sounds and arrangements while preserving the core character, identity, and elements of the originals.

"We are not completely changing the arrangements because the core essence will not be lost; it is about creating a fresh atmosphere, especially for younger fans," said Music Director Enrico Octaviano.

The arrangements will be crafted subtly according to each song's character to remain familiar to long-time fans while offering a fresh feel during live performances. The setlist and arrangements are designed as a cohesive unit to build the concert narrative from start to finish. This approach allows classic songs with nostalgic value to exist alongside D'Masiv's latest works, bridging their past journey with the new era they are entering.

Visually, the Asia Home Run concept will be developed in collaboration with Kelas Pagi and RUX. Kelas Pagi will translate D'Masiv's transition into a visual language, including Key Visuals that represent the spirit of the journey and the "Home Run" theme.

Meanwhile, RUX will execute this concept through stage production and artistic set designs across concert areas, both indoors and outdoors.
