Mariah Carey Returns to Indonesia for 'The Celebration of Mimi' Concert

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Pop superstar Mariah Carey is set to hold The Celebration of Mimi concert on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 8:00 PM WIB at Sentul International Convention Center (SICC), Bogor, West Java. This highly anticipated news was officially confirmed by promoter Color Asia Live on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

"After a challenging effort over the past three years, we have finally succeeded in convincing Mariah Carey to return and perform in Indonesia," said David Ananda, Managing Director of Color Asia Live, in a press release received by Tempo.

He conveyed Mariah Carey's great enthusiasm to perform for her Indonesian fans. "She has promised to deliver a super spectacular performance for everyone attending her concert at SICC," David added.

A Glimpse of the Setlist 

For her upcoming concert, Mariah Carey will showcase her iconic hit songs alongside her latest single, "Type Dangerous". Fans can expect timeless classics such as "Hero", "My All", "Always Be My Baby", "Obsessed", "I Still Believe", "Without You", "Love Takes Time", "Fantasy", and the powerful ballad "We Belong Together".

"The Lambily," as Mariah Carey's dedicated fanbase is known, will be invited to immerse themselves in her remarkable five-octave vocal range.

"This show promises stunning vocals, emotional ballads, and energetic uptempo songs, all combined with modern stage production, dramatic lighting, and captivating visual backgrounds," the promoter said. Mariah Carey will also share personal stories and memories behind her most beloved songs.

Mariah Carey Concert Tickets Sales

General ticket sales will commence on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 11:59 AM Jakarta time. Official tickets will be available exclusively through Tiket.com via the official website www.MariahCareyIndonesia.com. As of now, specific ticket prices have not been officially announced.

This concert is part of the 20th-anniversary celebration of Mariah Carey's critically acclaimed album, The Emancipation of Mimi, which was released in 2005 and achieved multi-platinum status.
