Pemalang Regent's Rp21 Billion Wealth Comes Under Spotlight After KPK Sting

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Pemalang Regent Anom Widiyantoro, who was caught in a Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) sting operation on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, is recorded to have a total wealth of Rp21 billion. The wealth value is based on his Wealth Report (LHKPN) submitted to the KPK on December 31, 2025.

Anom's largest asset consists of land and buildings scattered across East Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, and Pemalang. The total value of the property assets amounts to Rp12 billion.

Furthermore, Anom owns several motor vehicles with a total value of Rp1 billion. His vehicle collection includes a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja RR motorcycle, 2008 Yamaha RX-King, 2008 Honda Supra, 2019 Piaggio Primavera, 2020 Gesits, 2023 Honda Mio, and a 2020 Harley-Davidson.

He also reported ownership of three cars, namely a 2015 Honda HR-V, 2017 Honda CR-V, and a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E300. Outside of property assets and vehicles, Anom records other movable assets worth Rp440 million, securities worth Rp902 million, cash and cash equivalents of Rp782 million, and other assets worth Rp7 billion.

In the same report, Anom also listed debts amounting to Rp1.2 billion.

As of Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the KPK has not disclosed the alleged corruption case that led to Anom's arrest in the sting operation. KPK Deputy Chair Fitroh Rohcahyanto only confirmed that the institution had arrested the Pemalang Regent.
